A unique industrial company with over six decades of excellence
Our History
Established in 1958 on the Northern Italian coast in La Spezia, Euroguarco has gradually grown through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, building ties with best-of-class partners and customers worldwide in the oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, civil and marine industries.
Along the decades, Euroguarco has integrated its original production range with diverse merger and acquisition operations across Italy, building up a network of associated companies capable of covering large-size projects.
In 2016, Euroguarco constituted the networked company Italplant S.r.l., gathering together Euroguarco-participated companies and manufacturing partners. In 2021, Euroguarco acquired ITP Benelli know-how, key staff, brands and the plant of Moscazzano (CR), south of Milan.
